hey mate, all customers that chose the reverse sensors when ordering the car from factory come up on screen - if it was fitted once the car was already produced and at the dealer then its a different aftermarket reverse system.

I have a VE Calais, I backed into a low wall the other day and messed up the rear skirt!! Need to get reverse camera fitted.

Hi I got a 2007 calias ve V with dvd in roof it will play on front screen when stopped as you drive it goes back to black or clock it the a way of keeping it on when your driving

gives you ammunition?? u mean it gives ur balls. i would have gotten ammunition and short the guys head off really thats how mad i would be if some guy tricked me into beliving that park assist was with the cammra this he puts some dual shit infront it. i hate this stupid marketing words why cant they just call it "camera turns on when you put in reverse technology"

Also, I was wondering how you got the LCD console out? I want to plug my iPhone in through the back AV inputs, but don't want to stuff the headunit up when trying to remove it.

That is what I reckon as well. I bought the car through Holden at Ryde and when I placed the order I specifically ordered the Rear Park Assist. From day one the rear park assist has never come up on my LCD screen and according to the Holden dealer it is not suppose to unless you have dual park assist, which is crap. I am glad to see that yours is working, now it gives me ammunition to go back to them to sort it out!
