went to the game tonight against the Pens, My first ever Pens roadgame(Pitt4Dal3SO) great game, great atmosphere, Dallas fans were pretty cool too but I've had this song stuck in my head since the first goal was scored,

Lets Go Stars!

I was at the game against the Oilers today where the Stars won 4-1. This is my second game this season and it only took 2 games before I started to sing along with the song and I think it's pretty good

@smumustangs15 nothing is really a tradition when 10 other teams use it.

BRING BACK THE HEY SONG. This song sucks. The old one was awesome. it was tradition. It got the fans more excited. I hate this new song

LETS GO STARS!!!

I didn't like this at first, but it's grown on me. As long as the stars are scoring..

@goathead901 I agree. I think the siren and the "Let's Go Stars" yell are both kind of thin-sounding. I think there needs to be some part that's more celebratory. Even a R&RPt2 sort of "Hey!" at the end of each oh oh stanza. I really miss the old Pantera song---it still kicks butt!

@an0therusername I believe I explained it already in my original post. This hipster crap isn't hockey music. It's not a bloody KISS FM concert for 16 year old girls. What's next, Justin Beiber? Kim Kardashian's new release? Come on. Metal, rock-- enough of this mild clap happy music. Fire the fans up.
I was at the game tonight. 7 goals! The song doesn't get old. You bitchin' fans need to get your butts in seats cause noise plus that song is gonna make the AAC explode.

@mmcmurr Ya but you can tell this tune will get old quick, just like Blur 2 or Zombie Nation. And that siren that starts at 0:09 is the most annoying and overused sound in hockey. Are we trying to be like every other team or what? Not to mention the Leafs are using this exact goal song this year. Hard to justify it as a winning tradition knowing that... And sure Rock 'n roll 2 was the most played song in sports, but everyone chanted "Hey!!". I can't see many people singing along with this one.
