  • Having 7 kids is only hard work if you do not spend time with them to teach them how to work. Each child knows their jobs around home and they do it. About the same amount of work as two kids. No my daughter here is hearing. The one with hearing loss is grown and on her own. I only have 3 at home now.

  • No, I am Hearing. I have 7 children with one child having a type of mild hearing loss. I learned ASL in college. My husband had a Deaf Cousin and he knows some sign. I homeschool my kids and teach them ASL too. I discovered cueing and tried using it to help one of my kids with his reading skills. Cueing is a visual way to show phonic sounds from English. It is not signing. It is very interesting. Are you Deaf?
