Made me think about the movie "Menority Report" (with Tom Cruise). I bet this is somewhere in the movies long before they came out in public with it. Like Afrika Bambaataa said in an interview, not so long ago, "They put it in the movies first".

@mhirtes12 It is not phrenology or any eugenics based or out dated criminology method but is a tried and proven method that bases its results on the reactions of a subject's brain (and not his or her external physiological or controlled responses) by way of the electrical P300 brain wave response. If you want to lie or manipulate any results, your brain must react and inform you first. It is this brain response that the test is based on and not any conscious effort or response of the subject.

You don't need a head band! The energy is comming off the tv so you are nueroactive! It is the worst thing in the history of all existence! The applications of energy masks can make you appear as a different person. To alter a person's brain signals alters their behaviour! Espionage sucks, even worse is the forcing a person to be a spy.
