@zedbrothers They're around. You just need to know how to look for 'em.
There's a place here in Texas called "The Money Box" where some of the places will have a large stack of 2s as high as 12-15 cm! Although, I think those are only in specific places in Texas. But you can also travel to various banks and ask for some. If they don't have 'em (chances are they might not, due to it's low circulation), you can ask if they'll order some for you. Usually they'll do so sans charge.

Just stop by any major Bank in your area, they'll have plenty of 2's if you want to exchange some money for them.

As an American, I have no idea why we still make $1 bills when every other country has switched to a dollar coin. We do make a dollar coin similar looking to the Loonie, but it's unpopular. We don't have Prime Ministers in the US, we have Presidents. You didn't show a $2 bill, which the US still makes. We don't have a $2 coin yet.
