I wouldn't call this justice, the guy only did two months. How sickening...run these horses like machines and squeek every dollar you can out of them. then dump them and neglect them till they earn you a few bucks for horse meat in CaNADA. This guy should be doing every mintue of that sentence in general population in a federal prison!

He is in jail didn't only serve 2 months and got maximum fine- that is HUGE for the animals and horses. Most get a slap on the wrist and off they go...

Paragallo 52-year-old Long Island resident was convicted in a non-jury trial in March of 33 misdemeanor animal cruelty counts. AC4H attended and testified about the frist victims that made the entire case public. He's being sentenced in Greene County Court today. He could face up to two years in jail and $33,000 in fines.
