Testing out a new water bag,with some slow mo looks at the impact most of this training is focusing on Refining the impact part of the strike,this bag seems a lot more durable than the last one that burst,and feels superb

i know this is a dumb question but what got you started in bare knuckle boxing? for me it was curiosity, since i had trained in wing chun/boxing and wing chun was so much like traditional bare knuckle boxing i just couldn't pass it up. anyway i was just wondering. oh btw you hit like a truck lol and have a non aggresive face so know one would ever know till its too late lol great job

@phollow174 Ive always been fascinated with power striking since i started training in 2003 in jkd moved on to combatives and open-hand strikes,I was fortunate enough to stumble on a clip of Dennis Jones who showed me how to improve Everything, He,Ive been training under him a while now and playing around with my fascination of power strikes,I would have used a bit more open hand on it but it needs an extra layer of something for that,its like slapping water,thank for the kind comments

Which version of the bag is it? The teardrop or the straight bag? Hard to tell from here. I know they also make the "wrecking ball" style as well.
