    You're looking for nodules that are seen in rheumatoid arthritis.

  • @sonatapcd sorry for asking, but why should he pay attention to elbow?...this is hand and wrist examination..is there any correlation between elbow and these examination? besides the insertion or origin of the musles...sorry if i'm just an ignorant.

  • at 3.50 and 4.00 you are doing the same thing. you should also pay attention to the elbows more closely for gouti tophi, rheumatoid nodules and psoriatic plaques, including distal paltation of the forearm. otherwise a very informative video. cheers!
