You're definitly on your way - good steady rythm, and that's what important as a good start.
I'm no expert, but I'd say it seems you're using a bit too much your fingers compared to the "usual" CH right hand motion (which comes from the wrist and/or elbow with a rigid hand). But, as everyone say, there's no wrong way in the banjo!
Like the transition up/down picking too - Jesse james is a song I usually up-pick too

Thats after what two months playing? That's pretty good. I've been at it a week or two and I suck out loud. Also what kinda banjo is that. I just bought one on eBay, a R.W. Jameson that looks just like that. Mines a left-handed and I took the resonator off, but I swear thats the same one.

My banjo is an Oakridge (I'm in Australia and availability of banjoes is like: "Oh my god! a banjo! Quick buy it!" they're such a novelty here and so rare.
Man, don't give up after two weeks. You will get there. I spent two weeks just trying to get my hands to frail on the first string in open G!
I am actually left-handed, but I play right-handed!
Email me. We'll chat.
