Simple, if you read around a bit and do some digging you'll find that when the mandate was set up to infiltrate the IRS, this included digging up as much shit on individuals as could be found including going through their garbage etc., one can easily surmise that they must have intimidated more than one or two of the staff 'higher-ups'. Resorting to blackmail (and worse), lying, thieving, all in a days work for the 'Most ethical people on the planet', Co$-suckers will resort to anything, read.

Except for 1 thing; don't dis high school drop-outs! They r not all stupid & many college grads with PhDs r often VERY stupid, if not darn right evil! Many high school drop-outs have made great personal, spiritual, and business success of their lives.
T. Cruise would b stupid even if he had 10 college degrees, but he did have the smarts 2 make it 2 the top in his game & get his rocks off being rich & idolized
