Beginners Beach Circuit Workout- Exercise guide to getting in shape

Just a simple video for people struggling to get in shape. These exercises can be done anywhere! No gym required. Because I was on the sand, it was difficult to have perfect form. On top of this circuit workout, make sure you do some sort of flexbility exercises, cardio, strength workouts and have a well balanced diet.

@strengthproject - Someone has to be wrong, right? You should probably find out who is wrong before you die, because 70 years of life is nothing compared to eternity in hell. And not everyone can be right, because if everyone was right, then we would be our own gods. And if we are our own gods, then do whatever you, whenever you want because you are in control, right? See where life takes you with that philosophy.

Good for you, as long as you respect others and you respect the environment, its all good. Me personally, I will keep my mind open. I know too many kind muslims, hindus, jews, Jehovah witnesses, christians and even atheists , and to say that they will burn hell because of the culture they were born into (not by choice) just dosent make sense to me.

Just a tip since people here talking about not having any regrets when the time comes and religion. A nice way to contribute while experiencing something special is voulenteering abroad. It's so many options and you learn stuff and feel good about doing something good (and it's a nice way to spen a gap year, without too many costs) I don't think what you believe is important, but to believe in something to put you straight if you're going down the wrong path.
