@robot lol they do! But they're adjustable dumbells. You can choose the weight you want without having to pick up multiple weights during a workout.

thats not a hang snatch, your grip is set up for a military press. in order to snatch you need a wide grip and locked out arms on the catch, your doing a clean and jerk....... kinda. and sick dumbells

This exercise is just great for screwing up your back and getting hemmroids. Whats with the dumbells that look like bird cages... Man just buy some dumbells and do what you like to do Exercise is exercise and any is better than nothing..
