Terrific performance. I always say nobody pronounces the word "sugar" better than Jean Terrell.

@Peacefull778 Totally agree The Lineup of Mary, Jean and Lynda is the Most soulful

another great group of Supremes, Thanks to Mary Wilson, she really picked the best of the
best after Ms Ross left, they became a rel soul singing sister group, too bad Motown
did not see the Big Picture.....peace

@rufus317 I know and what a shame! They were so good and still tour today in varying combinations.

Super Supremes......Bad Weather was a pop r+b classic that Motown just let go to waste. I've read so many critical opinions that Mary and Lynda were brilliant together and I have to say that they seem to have always enjoyed performing together. Their sound was magnificent. I love all the groupings but there are moments with Scherrie and Susaye where Mary looks uncomfortable as if she's singing with two teenagers lol

one of my all time favourite tracks
-
Jean Terrell... that's all I'm gonna say. :)

Jean Terrell is no joke. That voice is the real deal. Most of my favorite Supremes songs are from the '70s. They did make many great records with Diana Ross before she left in early 1970, but song like Stoned Love from later that year and this one from '73 really do it for me.

Pure voice; no vocal theatrics, no studio tricks, no needing other singers to hit notes right under her to streghten her sound. Pure voice. Jean Terrell could have taken this group to new heights, and I think that was Berry was afraid of--The "New" Supremes out doing Diana Ross and the Supremes.

That lady is singing live and she sounds so good Jean Terrell. Didn't realize that she had pipes like that.

this song should have been a bigger hit
