Why am I listening to this 9-10 year old kid blabbing to people about doing certain things to their iPods and restricting them. I use my iPod everyday, for 3-4 hours, never once have I turned it off, and brightness up to the max. I've had my iPod for 2 years and nothing close to a burnage has ever happened.

dude stop scaring people iv had my ipod touch for 2-3 years and i have never - ever - ever turnd off my ipod and have it playing for like 6 hour's every day !!!!!!!

I have never turned my iPod off for a couple months left it charging over night played games for a while with family and it's fine!!!!! I'm charging it so I can have it charged when I wake up! I say that it is fake.

My HTC Wildfire is fine. My iPod touch isn't. Slow as shit. My Wildfire is still faster. HTC > Apple.

I use my iPod continuously throughout the day, all the time. Hell, I even leave music playing during classes in school. No problems. I don't see what your point is.

It's crap,I've used my iPod for seven hours strait,no ion explosion!

Overuse wont cause this,only faulty or really really old batteries!

My iPod quite on me. I couldn't turn it on. It happen the 2nd month I had it so I was still in my warranty luckily.
