RID: Fortress Maximus (Deactivation)

Fortress Maximus' deactivation program kicks in. So, basically every time Fortress Maximus shuts down, a new city block-sized crater is formed in some unfortunate city or town.

Also Galvatron's first use of his jet mode (since his upgrade).

Hasn't Fortress Maximus always been that way? The city/base became the body, then there was a head piece that Cerebros plugged in to?

@raindelver In G1, Fortress Maximus was the "city"-sized body, Cerebros was the Autobot-sized bot that formed Fortress Maximus' head, and Spike was the human who formed Cerebros' head.

In RID, Fortress Maximus is the "city"-sized body, the Emissary is the intermediate robot forming Fortress Maximus' head, while Cerebros forms the Emissary's head.

As I recall, RID Cerebros (the smallest component) was approximately Autobot-sized, making RID Fortress Maximus much larger than G1 Fortress Maximus.
