i think i been training hardcore for about a year now.... i just got into handstands and balancing and stuff. i gotta ways to go.

  • Hey nice show of strength, very impressive. Could you please let me know how often you do handstand push ups a week coz im a little confused at how often i should be doin them. Thanks for the inspiration. C

  • with calisthenics, you can do them more then weightlifting in my opinion... Of course you need rest, but its all about reptition with bodyweight excercises, since you cannot increase resistence. My thing is that I just keep going til i'm tired. That simple lol

  • i am a firm believer that the BEST workout you could possibly get is with nothing but your own body weight.. good stuff.

  • @shemoo1991 common minimum is 24 and as long as your body fully recovers it doesnt really matter
