I am glad you guys enjoyed Roatan. I am actually from there but curretly live in Texas. The stew chicken with beans and rice with coconut milk is my favorite food of all time! I'm sorry you guys had to experience the island while it was raining. Hope you guys get to experience it more the next time your around. Did you guys get of at a port named mahogany bay?
