@THELORD007 Dear friend, Thank you for the support but I am not allowed anyone to cut off the hands (although I would prefer also acted). I live in the Republic of Serbian and here there is no law that regulates all the procedures. So I think it is best to call the police and the matter goes away on its course.
Of course, that the police and the law, my grief for the murdered family dog is small, even from day to day increasing.

@Racing383 Yes, I would be so but I have two small children on whom we have to worry about when they grow up and I shot him, and I certainly would end up in jail! This would be for my family was further tragedy!
I expect that will fool the cracking in my dogget a big sentence and I will seek a large monetary damages!

Are you saying this dog in the vid is dead? He or she is so sweet how could anyone even kill her/him? I love dogs more than I love humans. A dog is a mans best friend they won't leave you they won't hurt you they are always there whether your upset, happy or angry they just keep on wanting one thing attention.

@dynamitekid187 Yes, this dog was killed!
He was trained and still lying next to the fence.
He was also a leash tied to a fence in the backyard.
Crazy neighbor was shot from another yard and killed him for no reason!
A terrible scene!
Thank you for your support and compassion, yet my family is still grieving over the loss of this dog!
