This girl's name is Kana Kawashima and she was turning 15 at this concert which was in the summer of 2005. It was the end of year summer concert in Slyfield barn...

Well I think that was a great job, and you can already do better than many people who try to play violin will ever do. You've got loads of time to correct stuff, and I'm sure you know what you want to work on.
and that's a lovely dress as well. (I mean that, you don't see many great looking dresses on women playing violin)

Give her a break! she's 13 for crying out loud! NOT a technically easy piece for a 13 yr old...Though granted not by anymeans out of reach for a Menhuin school student. She has a few years yet to grow into this repertoire!
