Dear, That part is a living tissue contains the ductal system of the breast due to recurrent attacks of infection called peri ductal mastitis which leads to form abscess a and fistula..the patient can not lactate and rarely done during child bearing age. thanks

i just had an excision of lump on my Lbreast, thank god i was under G anaesthetic, this is horrible!!!!!, i did not have discharge though, but it was annoying having that thing in my breast, i could not sleep on my chest, any way, i hope i get good news after the biopsy. Good luck to me!!!

...that is the most terrifying thing I've ever seen in my life. I have discharge, too but mine's a whitish milky color, not reddish brown like hers. I've read that if it's a whitish milky color it's not harmful, and I've had it for a few years now so I really don't think it's anything to worry about.

This is terrifying. I have this mass "on" the nipple. It sucks because I am only freaking 24. It is round but flaking and nothing showed on the ultrasound so I hope the surgical process is more superficial than this :-(
