Again with this level? But the explanation is simple. With the recent advances in speedrunning know-how, a good 0.64 seconds can be shaved off from this level.

First of all, the door opens in either fast way or the slow way. It depends on how long you press X down, or so it seems.

Secondly, in picking up the keys from the table I use the pre-emptive 180. I activate 180 degree turn right before picking up the keys, and afterwards the game turns me on the first possible frame automatically (which is a lot faster than what a normal human can achieve).

Thirdly, in between the two in-game menu openings when handling the car's door, the door is examined. This makes the second in-game menu prompt appear faster.

No normal time passes during the time Kyoya's inside the truck, but opening the in-game menu nonetheless wastes a 0.08 seconds every time it's opened.

Note: I removed the old video because of its dreadful quality. But the time then was 00:10:88.
