This is just a quick overview of my homebrewing extract process. Well, it's not that quick. This is most accurately described as an extract plus steeping grains process. The extract is not hopped so hops are added during a 60 minute boil.

  • Bobby, how did you pump the bucket of ice water through the wort chiller? did you have a two stage set up with another copper coil in the ice bucket? i couldn't tell.

    I used regular garden hose water for most of the chilling, then I swapped over to a pond pump sitting in a bucket of icewater.

    I don't think I'm going to remix a 3 year video. I don't think I even have the source files anymore. None of my recent videos have a soundtrack like that though, thanks for your input. Cheers.

  • I wud need 10 beers to make 5 beers thru this process !

  • Use liquid yeast. Dried yeast is highly contaminated.
