Hello loves! Healthy Grocery Haul video - EXPAND for more info :)

I am by no means a nutritionist but I have worked with one in the past and want to spread my knowledge of healthy eating and cooking. This is my grocery haul from Trader Joes - basically the best grocery store ever!

Do you have a video or recipe on how you sauté the vegetables? i always seem to burn them lol it would be great if you did a recipe or video on what order to add the mushrooms and zuchinni!

I wish I had a Trader Joes around me. Piggly Wiggly really isn't cutting it. I've been loving asparagus lately, too. I blanch mine, then I make a vinaigrette so it's like a yummy salad.
