Check out the waterfall i built for my 55 gallon cichlid tank

hey guys I got bored one night and built this in like 20 minutes. i love the look of moss so i really wanted to start growing it. all you have to do is make sure you spray it down each day but the waterfall seems to water it pretty good. hope you guys like it

@cichlidmania26 The filter looks really far above the water,it has to work harder, has it burnt out yet, or can they handle it, ive been told that the will burn up if there to far abve the water?

he basically put rocks around his filter you can see the filter if you look closly its black

Just curious, I hear cichlids can be rough on plants, did you have any issues with moss going lower and them ripping it off the rocks at all?

@Virtuallyjonathan you'd be surprised how fast you get used to the filters, I have three in my bedroom and actually its hard to sleep without them now haha
