I think it's a great attention grabber and so do the majority of people who bother to PAY THEIR TAXES ON TIME. Why do so many people think they can break the law? It only pushes everyone else's taxes higher. Remember - this program gives tax dodgers a BREAK that they don't really deserve. Pay up!
