  • i think this movie is wonderful, unique & woefully underrated.

    marlon brando & arthur penn: RIP babes;

    :o)

  • One of the worst movies ever made............

  • Brando at his best "Lee Clayton"

  • @Tommyc1923 I'm a Brando fan, yet there is a fine line between "genious" and "crazy", and there is a fine line between "strange" and "disturbed". But its hard to argue his intense screen presence. Imo, he was a scene stealer......no matter who else was on screen with him, your eyes were on Brando. Especially the "young Brando".

  • Great performances from Brando and Nicolson.

  • U didn't read what I wrote...Brando was so damn strange and weird on the set of Missouri Breaks..THEY gave up on him....Penn didn't want to direct him no more..Brando would sit in a river stream..and didn't come out until he got his way....THIS was a big FLOP with Critics and Movie GOERS....IT was a bomb. Because Brando had that special knack of coming to a picture set and just shitting everywhere...Case in Point...Coppola WAS NOT expecting a bald headed 300 plus pound tube of goo...Brando!!!

  • Well the late great Arthur Penn..said on James Lipton's Actor's Studio..that Brando REFUSED to take direction...and Penn just gave up...on Missouri Breaks..IT IS one of the oddest flics ever made. U have the right to your opinions about this flic..JOHN WILLIAMS music is pretty good...and even it is one of his quirks...No matter how you look at this film...everytime Brando and his weird ways...comes onto the screen..this film comes to a fucking halt. Bad Film.
