This is me presenting my research at the Washington Junior Sciences and Humanities Symposium 2009. My research was of the secondary regulation of the tryptophan operon in E. coli. I'm not sure how many hours were involved for the whole project (maybe 300-400) but it took me about 120-140 hours just for the lab work. This is part 1 of 2 parts to this video. I'm soon going to be adding a 2 or 3 part video of just my powerpoint with me narrating it. This way you will be able to get my project better and see the powerpoint more clearly.

  • Very nice presentation. I don't know why more people haven't seen it. The pacing is great; you keep clipping right along and present nice sized chunks of information. Very helpful for my cellular and molecular biology class. Thanks.
