Kagame opens debate on Term limit

President Paul Kagame of Rwanda has today left the door open for a move to amend the country's constitution to remove presidential term limits. This move that could see Kagame seek another term at the end of this current 7-year one which expires in 2017. Speaking at a media briefing in Kampala, Kagame said it was not up to him to amend the constitution but the country's voters and parliament.
