and strats arn't faggoty... they tend to have thinner tones at times because of the single coils, but that can be bypassed by technique and proper amplification (i think we can all agree Hendrix got some REALLY fat tones out of his strat?) but i think ultimately the sound of Strat VS Gibson are just different ones that each have and can wonderfully satisfy different purposes. That being said, Cream deserved a Les Paul here.

idk guys, Clapton (too me obviously) really just doesn't sound up to snuff in this performance... and im like the biggest Clapton fan i know of (check my channel if youd like to check lol). If im not mistaken, he was really on fire around this point in his career too, which makes this lousy performance even weirder... shit, maybe Jack and Ginger made him nervous! haha

It's too bad that because of the feeling that the 1968 studio cover didnt do the composer justice they played it closer to the original. It was their cover that got a lot of guys turned on to Cream for the first time!!!
