  • It looks very tasty. I'm not familiar at all with Danish food, other than your vid and a couple things Vogter2100 did.

We have a pastry in the US that we call a "Danish", but I suspect it may be something that we just made up. Vogter was going to cover it in a vid, but never did.

  • @SiriusMined What you guys call danish Is nowhere near the real thing sadly :)

I will try to get a video up at some point :)

  • Looks delicious. I think I'll try this next weekend while in the process of developing a hangover. :P

Only thing I might suggest is a picture of the finished product on the plate. I dunno, maybe I've just been watching too much Iron Chef, but there's something about seeing the dish as how it will be served that really brings a sense of completion to the dish. :)

  • @AmadeusMaxwell I been thinking about it, and I will do that, but you always make a lot of mistakes in the first Vid :)

  • re: handwashing

    video or it didn't happen

  • @trollundatheolbridge Ill video it next time then!! :)

That's what I figured. I look forward to seeing what the real deal is like

  • We have a dish that is very similar in the US (although it usually doesn't have bacon or mushrooms, although it is often served with mushroom gravy) called Salisbury steak.... I like the bacon though... I think that adds a lot of flavor to the dish.

    Thanks for the recipe!

PS - sometimes, my wife finely grates some carrots into her Salisbury steak

  • Not really trying to piss anyone off, but I will make whatever food I like, I don't care if is against some kind of religion, and I am thinking about a recipe with coffee these days :), and I do love clams, .. ohh yeah and Porkchops, YUM YUM, BEEF!!!!, ca't get enough of it.... hehe I was considering making my next video friday, and in the daylight hours, as the light in my kitchen sucks :P

I eat anything, If I like it ;)
