Last week I had the great pleasure of visiting one of Europe's greatest cities, Prague. Not only that I was able to take my brand new Canon 5d mkII which I had been dreaming about for over a year. It was so exciting having the beautiful panoramas and architecture of Prague to try out this superb piece of kit. Just to make everything perfect the weather turned out equally perfect, so in two days I accumulated about 150 clips of video and about the same number of photos which can be seen at Flickr account http://www.flickr.com/photos/66816105@N03/. I was spoilt for choice as to what to put in this video so I tried my best to cram in as many as I could, such was the quality of choice.
I was staying at the Hotel Ambassador right at the bottom Wenceslas Square, one of the best places in town to stay, as it's right in the heart of the city where nothing is too far away. Old Town Square is just five minutes' walk, as is the world famous Charles Bridge, handy for when I need to get out there (preferably before 7am) to get the best of the place before the tourists arrive in their droves. From there you can walk up to Mala Strana and Prague Castle from where you have not only more unbelievably good photo opportunities, but a grand panorama of Prague.
My special thanks go to Martina Kvasova of the Prague Convention Bureau who made this visit to Prague possible, and also to the Management of the Hotel Ambassador.

@frankplusjen HD2000, its OK, but it takes some time to set up which is a problem as these press trips I do are usually quite rushed affairs.
