I bought this machine at launch and I do love it, but they have really dropped the ball with the updating. It's as though they are just forgetting about this machine and moving on to the Expression 2. I want the colored bumpers they showed at launch that are still not available. I want the 12x24 that is still not available and I want to be able to move items around on the mat. PC, please take care of this machine as promised. We invested the money and would like to see the updates!

Thank you for these videos very helpful needed that. I do have a question my imagine sounds like it is going to break real soon like I have had it for 5yrs and it's on it's last leg is that normal? Another question I want to print from the nursery rhymes can I want to print "It's a boy" without the the frog can I do that and how and can I print that in a different shape? Thank you? If you cannot help pls direct me to a video or website that can b/c the video that came with machine not helpful!

The Imagine currently does not print 12x24, they said today on HSN that they are working on that issue. Do you know if they are planning to just update the Imagine that came out today? Or are they later on going to come out with a new machine that can print 12x12 and 12x24 ?? TFS ! I did finally give in right before midnight and order one.

Thank you for these videos. Very helpful. One question and or concern. I have watched all the videos I can find on the imagine,(Mine will be here Oct 11.) But your machine in this video is much more quiet then any of the other machines I have seen in videos. Your machines sounds as I would expect a good working machine to sound. Many of the other machines are very loud and grinding. They don't sound like they will last. I do not believe it is due to the recording either. Why is this?

@melslifeart I am not sure what would cause that change in the sound, however many of the machines that you see in other videos are prototype machines. The machine used in this video is not a prototype, it is a final, ready for consumer use machine. That may account for the change in sound.
