I first heard this on the Tempur-Pedic commercial and thought that was the theme song written for the commercial, but then I heard the song on an episode of Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations and I knew it actually had to be a song rather than a composition written for a commercial. The episode was titled "Thailand".

This sounds an awful lot like Brian Tyler's theme to the 2003 movie Bubba Ho Tep (great movie, with a great score by the way!).
