To insulate the container is an easy fix we have a ceramic coating we apply that would insulate the container. It works well here in south louisiana on theoil rigs offshore.

That's one slick use of a storage container! :) Would be interesting to see how much it would cost to insulate it a bit.. seems like it would be tough to keep the interior cool in direct sunlight in south Texas. ;)

Paint the top white and temps drop dramatically.

If you buy one get the 40' High Cube for much more headroom.
