People who bitch about Joey's drumming have obviously never been to a QotSA concert, and if they have they've done it wrong. If you're annoyed by the tempo, then you don't get the point of a QotSA concert!

Joey puts out such an awesome energy, and he is cool as fuck. The first concert I saw them in, he was blowing big, pink, bubblegum bubbles the whole concert, while still pounding the drums so hard and awesomely that my ears are still bleeding, three years later!

@Shawarman Yea, I believe that Joey brings such an awesome vibe to the Queens. His play style has a lot of integrity and energy! Its what the Queens are all about! Dave Grohl is always a legend and he was beast in the band too! I hate how people wanna categorize which better is drummer because in all actuality, both drummers are beast!

The tempo is such that josh is hard pushed to pull off the solo.

@gumborific The guitar intro is normal speed. If you listen, it's not until Joey comes in properly that that tempo jumps up instantly and suddenly josh has to speed up that bend.

@Shawarman Agreed! Playing bass for about 28 years here, & I would take Joey in a heartbeat. It's just Grohl fanboys that like to bash Joey. Grohl is awesome too, but please, there is room for 1,000,000 great drummers in my book! Plus Joey seems like real good people - the guy is solid as hell!

@gumborific Also true. You see that with alot of Queens' songs. A Song for the Deaf or Gonna Leave You, for example. Yet somehow, people still insist on blaming Joey.
