Lost and Found Season 2 Episode 19

Miley's P.O.V.

"I wanna go see dad."
"WHAT?!" Zac said.
"You heard me."
"But why?!"
"Because he's my father and I wanna go see why he did the things he did."
"Miley, we all know why he did the things he did. He was angry, and not to mention, CRAZY!"
I sighed. "Are you gonna take me or not?"
He sighed and shook his head. "You are a tough one Miley."
"Which means...?"
"Which means we're going to see dad AFTER we do all our other errands."
I smiled. "Thanks Zac."
He nodded. "Yeah, yeah. Let's just go."
We walked out the house and into his car and we went off to the name change place (I don't know what it's really called) and it took us about an hour to officially get my name changed to Rae Cyrus. After that, we went to the emancipation office and stayed there for yet another hour, until everything was set and ready; I was officially my own woman. I didn't need to follow anyone's rules or be forced to do things I didn't want to do. Afterwards, we went off to go look at some new places to live in. After about 3 hours, we made a deal on a nice three bedroom apartment. It had a nice view, and I got to pick my room, so I picked the "master bedroom" with a balcony, even though there wasn't anything "master" about it. And it turns out; it was right behind Joe's house. Finally, it was the moment of truth, it was time to see dad. Zac and I walked inside the police station/jail and asked to see our father.
"Billy Ray Cyrus?" I asked.
"Down the hall, he's the last cell on the left."
We nodded and walked down the hall until we reached him.
"Well, well. If it ain't my pretty little daughter and my handsome son of mine." He said smirking.
"Dad, we just came here to ask you some questions. After today, we want nothing to do with you."
He smiled. "So you're just gonna get some answers outta me and then leave? Kinda sounds like your mother."
"DON'T BRING HER INTO THIS!" I yelled as I grabbed onto his cell bars.
"MILEY! Calm down!" Zac said as he pulled me back.
"Yeah MILEY, calm down." He said, smirking.
"I told you, never to call me Miley again. That's not my name anymore."
"But it is, that's the name your mother and I gave you and that's the name I'm gonna call you for as long as I live."
I sighed and rubbed my hands over my face. "I'm done arguing with you. All I want is some answers, and then I'll leave you alone."
He smirked. "Fine, ask away."
I nodded. "I just want to know why you hate me so much? I did nothing wrong, especially towards you. And yet you hate me. You yell, hit, beat, and cut me."
"Because, you lived and your mother didn't. You didn't save her."
"I couldn't. I was tied up to a chair and FORCED to watch her die as they lit her on fire."
"....You killed her."
"ME?! It was the fucking burglars dad!"
"Watch your mother young lady!"
"But it's true and you know it! Admit it, you hate me because you still can't get over mom's death and you take out all your sadness, anger, and frustration towards me. Because I was the only one there that night, the only one who saw the whole thing happened, the only one who almost died too."
He stayed silent.
"I knew it. And it's because the burglars were sentenced to death before you even got a chance to lay your hands on them or even look at them before they died, that you blame me. Because you never got the chance to blame them. Right?"
He glared at me. "Watch how you talk to me, or those words will be the last words you ever get to say again."
"Because you're gonna beat me so hard that it kills me right? Because it didn't work the last 100 times you have right?"
"That's exactly right."
"And because mom died instead of me?"
He nodded. "I hate you."
I nodded and looked down. "And that's why you raped me too right? Because they raped mom too right?" I looked back up at him. "You know I'm right, because you've raped me."
