its very huge process, before i watch very simple process, with out download any software, i use 10xhosting, ect, its free and limited

@dheerendhra It is a long and complicated process, that is why I backed it up videos which show the simple process of adding files to your web host easily.

Coming to the point on how to upload flash video to your web host, it is complicated as well. I tried it in the beginning and since it was difficult, I started using Youtube.
