I had a couple KZ1000s in my day. One could never get rid of the violent high speed wobble that came when making a big curve.

KZ1000's wobble: Replace the steering head and swing arm bearings with new needle bearings. MAke sure the tire pressure is correct. If you have the spoke rims, you will never get of it completely. A stabilizer will minimize it, tho.

@1971SuperLead OH, my bad, I read that wrong I thought you meant in general, I've never taken my bike through a highspeed corner, 60 is usually the highest I take one at.

@Reduxalicious I tried the rear shocks. It still wobbled. Then I saw Eddie Lawson racing at Riverside Raceway in California, and he had terrible wobble in the turns. I think he even crashed bad that day. 1984?

@1971SuperLead Replace the stock shocks, and get a steering stabilizer, Worked for me brother ;)
