@alsum501 These days he lets go of the arms before they hit the ground, so they can block the fall. But back then YES he would keep hold of the arms, but they were still suppost to land flat (not head first). But because too many people were landing head first, and at risk of breaking their necks, HHH changed it to make it safer. So YES IT IS a botched move because he lands head first with no arms blocking the fall...Very Dangerous!
