Yes, indeed. There's also several times during the movie where he's "singing" off-cue into the mic, but you don't hear anything. An example is during Neil Young's performance - Robbie comes in too early with the chorus yet it doesn't make a sound, and you can see Rick look at him like "not yet" LOL

you know its true because if you listen you only hear richard rick and levon singing, and if u find recordings where you do hear robbie sing you know for a fact he isnt singing on these tracks because his voice is so bad it would stand out, his voice is so terrible there is no way he contributed to the harmonies the three of them sing on the last waltz
