I have faced similar issues with HISave account. but it seems they have fixed it now

this bank is a joke - don't do business with them!!! I just opened an account 2 weeks ago & already they've not followed through on 2 transfers to my PC Fin. account, one of which lead to a NSF charge. After numerous attempts to clear these 2 issues up, the bank has done nothing to fix the problem. Their customer service is absolutley pathetic.

Ya, I find it weird they pay interest before hand but my other bank does it too.
I also have a PC account, it's actually the one I linked to my icici account but in the vid I think i mentioned scotia, i mean PCF. PCF also have an anniversary bonus.

Just me again...just wanted to add another comment about the double "Logout" required to sign-off....You are totally right about that! It doesn't make sense....They have too many glaring mistakes with their flawed site...its quite embarassing! Thank goodness other Canadian banks are approaching the 4.5% rate that it seems less intising to go with these guys (e.g., PC = 4.25 / HSBC = 4.25 / CanTires=5.5--promo till Dec31).

Very informative video...well done:
1. Yea the mess up with the Balance display is an ongoing thing that pops up from time to time...Very annoying. Some times it is correct in its display and other times it is what you show in your video.
2. 28th month -- they do it at end of the month but in the case of sept it is because the last biz day for end of month is 28th (Friday)...
3. Your video clearly shows several flaws with their site and illogic choices.
