They put the cranes in the center of the building and raise it with the building then at the top they take the crane lifting part off leave the center piece as support

I hate how people say that the building is ugly, that is one of the most beautiful skyscrapers I have ever seen. It glistens and rises over the surrounding city, it's amazing. It's already becoming a symbol of America, just like the previous complex.

they will build a slightly shorter building next to the main one but its not a twin. It looks like a twin that is sliced in half
