Was Russian President Medvedev Drunk at G-8?

Was Russia's President Medvedev drunk on Wednesday as world leaders had their group photo taken at the G-8 summit in l'Aquila, Italy? Several Russian YouTube viewers believe so and have started an active debate on the website http://www.yaplakal.com/

The footage clearly shows that Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, as host of the meeting, and French President Nicolas Sarkozy have to help Medvedev as they walk towards the podium. Medvedev also appears to bump into Sarkozy. before they arrive at the podium.

According to the Italian news agency ANSI, teh following drinks were the menu at the G8 Working Lunch that took place before the photo opp:
