if bj penn trained inthe way gsp does.....train boxing , muay thai, wreslting, jits all seperatly then i think hed be the best fighter.......gsp continually imoroves because he trains each disciiplne separatly....so when he is training jis he has no choice but to improve if his training partner is beating him because he cant fall back on his other styles...if u constantly just train mmaa you l never improve much cuz ul always instictivly fall back on wat u do best..
