This is the unaired pilot of the television show "Fearless." Based on the bestselling book series and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, it starred Rachael Leigh Cook, Ian Somerhalder and Eric Balfour. It was supposed to air on The WB in 2004 but due to production problems it was never picked up. Includes fanmade opening credits sequence that features "The Wreckoning" by Boomkat

After looking up the books, I have to say Gaia's backstory (i.e. the books) is a lot more interesting than the story in this pilot. Judging from the dialogue in the pilot, it sounds like the writers were probably going to introduce more references to the books when the series got underway.

This is good that its not aired. This one episode has basically nothing to do with the book. Yes, Gaia is fearless, but no she is not a brunette, no she doesnt have brown eyes, no her partners are not those people, no she doesnt have Godparents, and no shes not an actualy agent shes supposed to simply be in training. The books are much better....

Wish they would have changed the main girl, I mean really? Gaia is blonde! This girl seems too girly and not edgy enough. Wish the show would have aired though. And have it be more like the books.

Shame they didn't give it a chance. Love Rachel Leigh Cook and would have loved to have seen this show.

I've never actually read the series but TV wise this is pretty cool
