Oregon legislators, staff, lobbyists and some from the media gathered Thursday night for the 2011 sine die bash. It's traditional at the end of every session for the staff to put on skits roasting legislators or issues from the session. This video takes on Sen. Mark Hass, a Democrat from Beaverton, who refused to give up on a bill banning plastic bags in grocery stores. At this point, with just a week or so left in the session, it does appear that bill is dead.
