i think Rosario does an amazing job! every actor has their own interpretation of how the character is suppose to be and sound Daphne did an awesome job yes but she had months years to work on it Rosario had maybe a few months to learn everything and her voice has it's own magical sound to it wishful almost maybe softer but not weak..like she's remembering out loud no need to shout it out..anyway love this movie and loved seeing it live on Broadway miss this show..great video.

the thing i love about daphne rubin-vega's voice is its honesty, it is not a pure "beautiful" voice, but it is so honest that it gives itsself beauty. she sounds so true to what shes saying, and sounds like she's ill, like mimi is suposed to be, research johnathan larsen and what they were trying to create with rent, its so interesting
