@AVinProductions Gender is in the brain and her brain was and is female. But you can go from male to female by changing your anatomical sex. Kim is anamically a woman just like other women who have had a total hysterectomy.

You know what's really ironic is her and her sister look almost exactly the same except Kim's face is a bit more feminine. Possible reason: Women normally produce a small level of testosterone whereas Kim has had zero and that could have resulted in Kim looking so attractive and feminine. Estrogen affects the face and bone structure and even the mind especially when male androgens were always almost absent.

@mathtrudeau94 The problem is that ou don't know what ou are talking about. She is NOT a boy. She is a girl. She has a vagina like other girls after a hysterectomy, she has female breasts and a female pelvis. Chromosomes are also irrelevant since there are girls with XY chromosomes. kim is NOT a boy. She is a girl and likely also always had the brain of a girl and not the brain of a boy.

@MsCclemente Hmm. Then I guess I was misinformed. My MtF friend told me the above. Maybe HRT didn't go as well for her, nor did her surgery. It all depends on the individual.

@1122ares The vagina would not be a problem. It would stretch enough. Non-transsexual women with constructed vaginas can have babies that way. It is the lack of the uterus and cervix that is the problem.
