Much like the H.R. 3200 Bill... they'll use the 51 "reconciliation" vote stance instead of the 60 vote standard procedure for when NEW bills are to be passed! The Bill effectively includes illegal aliens since it blocks any way of determining whether or not recipients of government health insurance are in the country legally. This is because leftist lawmakers deliberately blocked Republican attempts to require verification that recipients of federally-subsidized health insurance are citizens or in the country legally.

PAGE 170...... Under TITLE IV
INDIVIDUALS RESIDING OUTSIDE UNITEDSTATES.—Any qualified individual (as defined in section 911(d)) (and any qualifying child residing with such individual) shall be treated for purposes of this section as covered by acceptable coverage during the period described in subparagraph (A) or (B) of section 911(d)(1), whichever is applicable.
