Ca plane pour moi is translated as "it works for me" or "this works for me" - this entire song is pretty much about getting high. on whiskey (listen for the word) and beer and glue and 'chinese hair' which i think is french slang for the big H.

no no, you were right, there is a second version by "the dammned" called "jet boy jet girl" wich became even more popular and I think he realy is singing "HE gives me head!"
